Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. General Principles
At IQBrain Technologies, we prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines cancellation and refund terms for services such as web design, web development, SEO, digital marketing, and content services.
2. Cancellation by Client
- Before Work Begins: If you cancel before any design or development work starts, we will provide a full refund of payments received, minus a minimal administrative fee (e.g. 5% or ₹X).
- After Work Has Started (Pre-Development Stage): If work has commenced (e.g., requirement gathering, wireframes, design planning), you may cancel, but we’ll deduct charges for hours already billed at our hourly rate, and refund the remaining balance.
- After Development or Delivery: Once development has started or deliverables are shared, cancellations are not permitted and payments become non-refundable. This allows us to account for time, effort, and resources invested.
3. Cancellation by IQBrain Technologies
IQBrain reserves the right to cancel a project without providing a refund if:
- The client breaches project terms (e.g., failure to provide required content, delayed feedback beyond 30 days, or unprofessional conduct).
- Payments are not made as per agreed timelines.
In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
4. Refund Eligibility & Exceptions
- Refunds Are Eligible When:
- Cancellation is requested before work begins.
- Work hasn’t commenced, and administrative effort has not significantly been expended.
- Refunds Are Not Eligible When:
- Design mock-ups or prototypes have been approved.
- Work has progressed into coding, content creation, or other production stages.
- Third-party tools, domains, or hosting have been purchased on behalf of the client-those costs are non-refundable.

6. Refund Process
- Submit your cancellation/refund request in writing via email to support[at]iqbrain[dot]in.
- Include project name, date, cancellation reason.
- We’ll review and respond within 5 business days.
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days, credited via the original payment method.
7. No Refund for Change of Mind or Performance-Based Expectations
We don’t offer refunds solely for changing your mind or due to unmet business outcomes (e.g., website sales performance). All services are delivered as per agreed scope.
8. Policy Modifications
IQBrain Technologies may update this Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available at iqbrain.in. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
