Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is to give complete customer satisfaction to all the services we provided. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money according to our refund and cancellation policy, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after an investigation. Please the read the fine prints of each service before buying it, it provides all the details about the service.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations please contact our company via contact us present in the primary menu.
Requests received later than 30 business days prior to the end of the current service period will treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
Refund Policy
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund.
If Payments paid by any available method at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the same account via NEFT, UPI (For Indian Customers) or the original credit card or international debit card provided at the time of purchase.
Note: We are not responsible for any error occurs like incorrect account number, incorrect IFSC code, incorrect VPA address, incorrect credit or debit card number etc.
